Our urgent care clinic is designed to see general medical concerns and minor, non-life-threatening emergencies. WE ARE NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT! If you have severe pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, vision changes or weakness as with a stroke, severe bleeding, passing out, seizures, PLEASE proceed to the nearest emergency department for immediate care.

Fees and Payments

We strive to keep our fees as low as possible by using up to date technology and limiting overhead. Because many insurance companies as well as Medicare/Medicaid have excessive paperwork and fees, we only participate with companies that compliment our passion to quality service at reasonable prices. We do NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid. We offer discounts for cash payers that can really provide dramatic healthcare savings. All discounted cash services are due at time of service--cash, debt, credit, or check. Due to insurance regulations, all co-pays are due before service is rendered.

Office Visits

At Redi Care, we strive for convenient and efficient medical care. Therefore, we only see walk-in patients NO appointment required! We’re open during lunch and after most offices close. Also, on weekends and most holidays. It’s our goal to see patients on a first come first serve basis to keep wait times less than 25 minutes. However, occasionally, emergencies occur and we have to advance a sicker patient ahead of others. Most importantly, our visits are just like your regular doctors office: you sign in, the nurse will call you back, take your weight, blood pressure, temperature and other vitals, then place you in a room for the provider to see. After you pick up your prescriptions and check out you are done.

Who should use Redi Care?

We see patients of all ages for physical exams and minor illness and injuries. We offer visits on a walk-in basis with NO appointment. We are open after-hours, weekends and most holidays. We have an in-house lab and X-ray. We perform DOT physicals, drug screens, pre-employment physicals and workers compensation. We offer cash discounts for those without insurance. There are several insurances we do accept. We do NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid but as an opted-out facility we will be happy to see Medicare/Medicaid patients on a cash basis.

Medication Refills

As an acute care clinic, it is our goal to focus care on you current medical concerns not the long term or chronic ones. Thus, we do NOT provide long term refills for medications. Its our desire that you have a primary care physician that can monitor your ongoing medical issues. We would be happy to send any of your visit records to your regular doctor.

Pain Medication

Pain is a real medical concern and often can be a signal to serious medical problem. At Redi Care, we have limited resources to evaluate and treat long term pain. Also, we do not keep or use narcotic pain medications in our office. We recommend having your primary care physician evaluate your long term pain and consider pain management referral.

Return Phone Calls

It is our goal to provide rapid and effective medical care in a family friendly office. To do this, we often have limited time to handle immediate phone calls. We will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible.
